Providing support and clarifications to members and internal team We are hiring a professional to handle receipt, organization, and delivery of mail and parcels to members and staff. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and verify mail and parcels delivered by courier services. * Sort and organize packages according to recipients. * Maintain the parcel storage area in an organized manner. * Notify members of parcel arrivals via phone or WhatsApp. * Deliver mail and parcels to recipients. * Record and track deliveries in a system or control sheets. * Ensure proper handling and security of parcels under their responsibility. * Provide support and clarifications to members and internal team as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in delivery, logistics, receiving, or similar activities. * Driver's license category AB. * Basic computer skills (Word and Excel). **Desired Profile:** * Organization and attention to detail * Good communication skills * Proactivity and commitment * Ability to interact effectively with people **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with a 1-hour break) Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Days off: Sundays and holidays. **Salary:** R$ 2\.381,48 **Benefits:** Food basket or multi-benefit card (R$348/month), health insurance, pharmacy benefits, life insurance, and transportation allowance. **Expected Start Date:** Immediate.
