Then check out the opportunity below!** We are looking for a professional to work on **healthcare cost analysis and management**, focusing on supporting strategic decision-making, promoting operational efficiency, and contributing to the organization’s financial sustainability. This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and a critical mindset to identify improvement and process optimization opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct detailed identification, monitoring, and analysis of healthcare costs, including medical procedures, material and medication usage, support services, and other operational expenses; * Develop, monitor, and analyze cost-related performance indicators, proposing continuous adjustments and improvements; * Conduct rigorous analysis of cost variances, identifying distortions, root causes, and opportunities for correction; * Prepare managerial reports and strategic analyses to support decision-making, with emphasis on cost reduction and efficiency enhancement; * Collaborate closely with departments such as Finance, Procurement, Billing, and other relevant areas to ensure accurate cost allocation and traceability; * Identify and propose opportunities for process optimization, control improvement, and waste reduction. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel; * Critical thinking for analysis; * Strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels. **Desired Qualifications:** * Familiarity with MV system and Power BI; * Experience in managerial reporting and hospital cost management; * Experience in budgetary processes. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Parking allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Training program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Commuter voucher At **Unimed Campinas**, we are united by the same purpose: delivering health services with excellence and care for everyone.
