KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collect process parameters and enter them into the Real SPC system to improve monitoring of the product manufacturing process; Supply inputs to the machine as needed per product specifications (e.g., resin, pigment, etc.), as approved by the customer; Assist machine setters with process corrections to ensure product quality and record them on the Standard Sheet; Follow the daily lubrication schedule at designated locations to prevent equipment wear and product contamination; Labeling process; Perform internal and external machine cleaning as required to avoid product contamination risks and maintain safer machine operation; Assist Operators I and II during shift rotations, meal breaks, and coffee breaks according to production scheduling priorities, avoiding machine stoppages; Assist Operators I and II in weighing and removing scrap from machines at the end of each shift to track scrap per shift and hand over an organized production line to the next shift; Ensure product safety through the company-implemented GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); Ensure product safety through the company-implemented GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); Report any occurrence that may impact product safety or affect the quality management system; REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Completed high school education and currently pursuing a technical degree; **Fields:** Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Plastics Technology, Electromechanical Technology, or related disciplines **Desirable:** Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); Basic mechanical knowledge; Basic computer skills; **.buttontextb0a45bf21434917c a{ border:** 1px solid transparent; } .buttontextb0a45bf21434917c a: focus{ border: 1px dashed \#00a1de !important; outline: none !important; } About Amcor Amcor is the global leader in developing and producing responsible consumer packaging and dispensing solutions across a variety of materials for nutrition, health, beauty and wellness categories.
