Description

**Responsibilities:** Support drivers and customers via e\-mail and telephone. Manage third-party delivery manifests through system and Excel spreadsheet. Respond to and handle e\-mails. Verify documents/manifests and files with drivers on the road and upon arrival at the company. Provide general support to the department regarding files/collections. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; communicative, punctual, and organized. Proficiency in computer skills and Excel. Reside in Valinhos or own a vehicle. Availability for flexible working hours.
