Opportunity for professionals experienced in tracking platforms. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor truck movement via satellite/GPRS. * Ensure compliance with the Risk Management Plan. * Verify alerts regarding route deviation, unauthorized stops, and seal/dashboard tampering. * Respond promptly to claim situations by activating emergency response teams and contacting law enforcement agencies. * Provide logistical support and direct communication with drivers. **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience with tracking platforms (e.g.: Autotrac, Sascar, 3S, OnixSat, Omnilink). * Familiarity with freight carrier or GR company routines. * Strong communication skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
