Join our team!! **Responsibilities and Duties** * + Support procurement processes across units within the same corporation. + Place orders in the ERP system, ensuring compliance and deadlines. + Monitor approval workflows and communicate with internal departments (planning, logistics, tax). + Verify prices, delivery timelines, and agreed commercial terms. + Request quotations and negotiate local services (maintenance, facilities, transportation, technology, consulting). + Support import-related processes for intercompany purchases. + Assist in supplier registration and qualification. + Ensure compliance with internal policies and approved suppliers. + Support market analysis and identification of new suppliers. + Support audits and compliance (SOX, ISO).
