Pense Com is a company specializing in digital marketing solutions and strategic consulting. It offers services that help businesses optimize their online presence and achieve their business objectives. **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person customer service, including system registration and directing customers to the waiting area. Respond to messages and provide customer service via WhatsApp. Schedule exams/appointments in the system. Process payments. Prepare daily reports on completed exams. Schedule exams at external clinics. Previous experience as a Telemarketing Operator, Receptionist, Sales Assistant, or Store Attendant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
