Responsible for enhancing and customizing electrical systems and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance plans for electrical systems, reviewing procedures and designing improvement projects to ensure compliance with the company’s reliability and safety standards.
Actively participate in electrical failure analyses and performance deviation mitigation actions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize asset availability and reduce downtime.
**How you will make an impact**
* Actively participate in technical analyses related to maintenance processes for electrical systems used in power transformer manufacturing. Provide technical support to the quality department during qualification processes for new suppliers and electrical components.
* Conduct studies and implement innovation and improvement projects for electrical maintenance practices, aiming to increase asset efficiency and reliability. Responsible for technical documentation of electrical maintenance procedures, creating and/or revising necessary information for their execution, meeting quality requirements and applicable standards.
* Serve as a technical facilitator for internal and external customers and suppliers, providing support and consultancy for electrical maintenance processes. Deliver targeted training sessions for the maintenance team to improve service quality and efficiency.
* Stay up to date on trends and innovations in the field of electrical engineering, acting as an innovation agent within the organization. Establish and monitor performance and reliability standards for electrical systems.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations governing electrical maintenance. Analyze and optimize maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Implement continuous improvements in electrical maintenance practices using methodologies such as Lean Maintenance and Six Sigma.
**What we expect you to bring**
* Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
* Languages: Intermediate/Advanced English
* Prior experience in production and maintenance processes with a focus on electrical engineering.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control is desirable.
* Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations.
* Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments.
* Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proactivity and initiative to implement improvements.
* Critical and analytical thinking to solve complex problems.
