To find out more visit www.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via our StoryHub. ### **Description and Requirements** Area: Supply Chain / Operations Full\-time **Role Overview** The Planning Manager will be responsible for leading demand and supply planning activities for the Brazil market, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, inventory strategy, and supply chain execution. This role is critical to drive forecast accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and ensure product availability while minimizing costs and risks across the business. **Key Responsibilities** **Demand \& Supply Planning** * Develop and maintain accurate demand and supply across product, commodities for the Brazil geography. * Continuously analyze supply chain trends, historical data, and market dynamics to improve communication around forecast accuracy and Sales Execution. * Collaborate closely with Sales and Commercial teams to align on assumptions and key deals. **Supply Chain Alignment** * Work in close collaboration with Global Supply Chain teams to translate demand forecasts into supply plans. * Bridge forecast vs supply commitments to ensure business continuity. * Identify gaps and drive mitigation plans. **Inventory Management** * Define and monitor optimal inventory levels to balance product availability and working capital. * Minimize excess and obsolete inventory while avoiding stockouts. * Partner with Inventory Management teams to drive efficiently. **S\&OP / Supply Review Process** * Lead or actively participate in Demand, Supply and Inventory (DOI) / S\&OP cycles. * Ensure cross\-functional alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans. * Prepare and present insights and risks to senior stakeholders. **Performance \& KPIs** * Track and improve key performance indicators such as: * + Box Level Commit – Demand / Supply + Inventory E\&O – Material Without Demand * Provide regular business insights and executive\-level reporting. **Cross\-functional Collaboration** * Act as a key interface between: Sales \& Commercial teams, Global Supply Chain, Finance, Operations \& Logistics, Drive alignment and decision\-making in a fast\-paced environment. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * \+5–8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain roles * Strong analytical and data\-driven mindset * Experience working with global and cross\-functional teams * Advanced Excel (Power BI / SAP / planning tools are a plus) * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Fluent English Weare equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as veteran and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protect class.
