Description

As a Senior Warehouse Keeper at SANY, you will be responsible for logistics and warehousing processes. You will perform inspection, storage, picking, and material handling of parts and components, ensuring all materials are properly organized and available according to demand. You will also verify invoices, checking quantities, descriptions, and general conditions, as well as conduct stock counts and organization. To support operations, you will operate small-capacity forklifts and electric hoists for cargo handling. **If you want to transform the world with quality, innovation, and excellence, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the startup of the Campinas factory by participating in infrastructure-related logistics movements; * Participate in developing warehouse processes; * Receive materials in the warehouse, verifying conformity between received quantities and invoice descriptions, and forwarding corresponding invoices for system entry; * Support truck unloading activities by operating electric hoists and small-capacity forklifts, and/or guiding truck operators, making materials available for storage in designated locations; * Verify items listed in the storage layout draft generated from the invoice to guide shelf placement; * Organize and maintain the warehouse, sort and place received items on shelves and appropriate locations to optimize space usage and facilitate item location; * Receive customer picking reports, pick goods, pack and label them, and participate in loading processes; * Participate in inventory counts, conducting stock assessments per company standards using received reports to compare physical and book inventory; * Perform tasks according to instructions and service priorities set by immediate supervisors, adhering to organizational norms and procedures with quality and safety; * Maintain equipment, instruments, fixed assets, and consumable materials assigned to you, requesting maintenance, repairs, or replacements from competent departments whenever necessary; * Availability to work flexible hours. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma required; * Prior experience in parts storage and receiving; * Prior experience in manufacturing industry; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Forklift operator training required * **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * On-site Meal * Transportation * Payroll Deduction Loan * Birthday Monthly Ticket Founded in 1989 in Changsha, China, SANY Group is dedicated to manufacturing heavy machinery, with main products including construction machinery, road paving equipment, excavation equipment, reach stackers, cranes, port machinery, and mining equipment.
