Optical Consultant

Description

We are looking for a communicative, proactive professional focused on sales and customer experience to work as an Optical Consultant. Key responsibilities: * In-person customer service * Presentation and sale of frames and lenses * Basic technical guidance on lens types and treatments * Reading and interpretation of ophthalmic prescriptions * Organization of the department and display inventory management * Order tracking and after-sales support * Support for unit goals Requirements: * Prior experience in optical retail * Knowledge of lenses and frames * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Focus on goals and results * Completed high school education Preferred qualifications: * Experience with goal setting and commission-based compensation * Familiarity with optical retail systems Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Work location: On-site
