As part of the Implementation team, you will play a critical role in deploying our Secure Journey products, including Online Fraud Detection and AML/FTP. Here, our commitment is to deliver solutions that make the financial environment safer and more trustworthy. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day at Topaz** Your key responsibilities will include: * Deploying our Online Fraud Detection and AML/FTP solution products for clients, ensuring all features are enabled and configured according to each client’s specific needs. * Collaborating with internal teams (Development, QA, Operations) to ensure deployments align with best practices in security and compliance. * Identifying and resolving issues during the deployment process, ensuring systems are integrated efficiently and effectively. * Monitoring evolving client needs and proposing improvements or adjustments to products to meet those demands. * Facilitating formal client confirmation of deployment by validating that the system is functioning correctly. * Coordinating project closure and handover to the Operations team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need to know to join Topaz?** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, etc.). * Prior experience implementing software solutions, preferably in security or financial environments. * Basic programming skills (preferably in Python, Java, and JavaScript) for customizations and integrations. * Familiarity with databases and ability to write SQL queries. * Understanding of flowcharts and diagrams. * Strong interpersonal communication skills, as you will work directly with clients and internal teams. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
