We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to work in a highly complex environment, focusing on cloud provider infrastructure and hybrid environments. We seek a professional with a systemic vision, the ability to work in distributed environments, and extensive knowledge of virtualization, Windows Server, and management of critical platforms. ### **Main Responsibilities** **Cloud Infrastructure** * Planning, implementation, and maintenance of environments on cloud providers (IaaS, PaaS, VPCs, security, networks); * Provisioning and configuration of virtual machines, networks, firewall rules, and load balancers in the cloud; * Management of performance, scalability, and resource optimization in the cloud. **Virtualization & Hybrid Environments** * Administration and operation of virtualized environments in VMware and Proxmox clusters; * Creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VMs, templates, datastores, and clusters. * Management of on-premise Proxmox environments, including monitoring, HA, and backup; * Execution of dedicated deploys and creation of new environments/servers. **Infrastructure Services** * DNS management (internal and external); * Administration and maintenance of corporate proxies; * Management of Windows Server environments (AD, GPO, DHCP, file server, and other services); * Storage, volumes, snapshots, and retention policy management. **Security, Monitoring, and Performance** * Incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive measures; * Monitoring of infrastructure capacity, performance, and availability; * Application of patches, updates, and server hardening; * Collaboration with the security team to address vulnerabilities. **Backups** * Backup management and execution on Proxmox and other platforms; * Validation, restoration, and oversight of backup routines. **Support and Relationship Management** * Participation in technical calls with clients (infrastructure, troubleshooting, and alignment); * Clear communication with other teams (development, operations, support). **Technical Requirements** * Experience with VMware in large-scale environments; * Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (AD, DNS, GPO, network services, RDS services); * Practical experience with Proxmox in production; * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar); * Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, firewall); * Experience with monitoring tools; * Strong troubleshooting skills. **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with Linux (web servers, proxy, DNS, log analysis, and troubleshooting); * Experience with Postgres databases; * VMware, Microsoft, or Cloud certifications; * Experience with automation (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, bash); * Experience with mission-critical, high-availability environments.
