**Job Description:** Ataway Brasil is looking for a **Junior Infrastructure Analyst** to work on-site at one of our clients. If you have experience in the field, are proactive, and possess strong communication skills, this could be the right opportunity for you! **Responsibilities:** Maintenance of computers, laptops, and peripherals. Control and management of IT assets. Configuration and release of laptops for use. Inventory control of IT equipment. Coordination with the procurement team for acquisition of IT resources. Support to the controller team in IT inventory. Supporting internal users by resolving hardware and software issues. **Requirements:** Experience in IT technical support. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proactivity and high problem-solving ability. **Must reside in Parauapebas/PA** **Availability to work 100% on-site.** **Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension up to 12 months).**
