Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Lead the **Finance Control and Financial Planning** function for the operation. * Ensure **accuracy of financial information** and management reports. * Prepare and present **financial reports to headquarters and global leadership**. * Conduct financial performance analysis and **generate strategic insights for the executive board**. * Manage **accounting and financial closing**, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. * Manage **budget, forecast, and variance analysis**. * Ensure alignment among **Finance Control, Accounting, and operational departments**. * Lead interactions with **international stakeholders**, especially Italian leadership. * Participate in strategic discussions related to **regional expansion and financial management (Americas)**. * Work in a **high-pressure environment with a high level of executive reporting**. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in: + Business Administration + Accounting Sciences + Economics + Engineering or related fields * Solid experience in **Industrial Finance Control**. * Experience with **international reporting and interaction with global headquarters**. * Strong analytical capability and strategic vision. * Prior experience in a **consolidated managerial position**. * Advanced or fluent **English** for communication with international leadership. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **industrial or automotive multinational companies**. * Experience with **multicountry operations or regionalization of Finance Control**. * Experience managing under a **global corporate environment and executive pressure**. **What We Offer** UNIMED Health Insurance (national coverage, co-payment upon use, extendable to legal dependents) UNIODONTO Dental Insurance (national coverage, co-payment, extendable to legal dependents) Basic Food Basket On-site Cafeteria Life Insurance Private Pension Plan PLR (Profit and Results Sharing): Variable salary based on collective bargaining agreements and tied to individual goals and results.
