Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic, analytical Controller with business acumen to structure and manage the Controller's Office, while also handling Treasury responsibilities and interfacing with the Finance department. Supporting management decision-making through analyses and reports **Position: Controller – Jundiaí/SP** We are looking for a **Controller** to structure, configure, and lead the **Controller's Office**, while also handling **Treasury** duties and maintaining direct interface with the **Finance** department. We seek a strategic, analytical professional with strong business vision. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement and configure routines and controls within the Controller's Office * Handle Treasury tasks, interfacing with the Finance department * Support management decision-making through managerial analyses and reports **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields * Prior experience in the role of Controller * Strong analytical capability and strategic vision * Willingness to work on-site in Jundiaí **Salary:** To be negotiated (candidate’s salary expectations will be considered) **Benefits:** * Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack * Meal allowance: BRL 200.00 * Life insurance (at no cost to the employee) **Work Location:** Industrial Park – Jundiaí **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
