Supporting the administrative/finance department with payroll We are looking for an **Administrative Controller** to manage and organize administrative routines related to employees' working hours. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of attendance records, entry and exit times, as well as tracking hours worked, thereby contributing to the company's operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily attendance control for employees; * Record and monitor entry times, exit times, and breaks; * Track and verify hours worked, overtime, absences, and tardiness; * Organize and maintain up-to-date time-tracking records and reports; * Support the administrative/finance department with payroll-related information; * Identify inconsistencies in time entries and report them to management; * Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding working hours.
