We are seeking a Financial Analyst with an analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile, responsible for executing, controlling, and analyzing the company’s financial routines, ensuring information reliability and supporting decision-making. The role will directly manage cash flow control, accounts payable and receivable, daily bank reconciliations, financial analyses, and performance indicator monitoring—contributing to the company’s financial organization and operational efficiency. The candidate must possess strong analytical ability, operational discipline, and autonomy to work in a dynamic environment handling large volumes of financial information. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in finance; * Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge; * Experience with ERP systems; * Analytical mindset and numeracy orientation; * Organizational skills and operational discipline; * Proactivity and problem-solving ability; * Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; * Owner mentality and accountability for financial information; * Agility and adaptability; * Valid CNPJ required; * Availability to align schedule with company operations; * Experience with FIDC, receivables discounting, or structured financial operations (preferred); * Experience in industrial companies or mid-sized enterprises (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Perform daily bank reconciliations; * Control financial operations such as receivables discounting, loans, and fees; * Prepare financial reports and management indicators; * Interface with banks, accounting teams, and internal departments; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and financial optimization; * Ensure organization and reliability of financial records; * Support strategic analyses and financial decision-making; * Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes.
