Job Summary: A Roll Forming / Sheet Metal Bending Machine Operator performs metal bending and curving operations, interprets engineering drawings, and ensures quality. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and basic machine maintenance **Role:** Roll Forming Machine Operator / or Sheet Metal Bending Machine Operator **Description:** Perform bending operations on metal sheets and bars using machines, interpreting engineering drawings and reviewing work orders. Verify and mark cutting dimensions of parts. Adjust the machine and operate it to produce sample parts for verification. Perform curving operations on metal tubes using tube bending machines, verifying tube length, thickness, and diameter. Position parts and perform as many bending steps as necessary to complete the curving process. Remove parts from the machine and verify whether dimensions conform to the engineering drawings. Drill holes in curved tubes. Conduct quality control for performed tasks. Perform cleaning, lubrication, and defect identification on machines, requesting preventive maintenance. **Requirements:** Must have training and knowledge in metrology and engineering drawing interpretation, dimensional verification of parts, and basic machine maintenance. **Education:** High School Diploma **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM – 4:48 PM, Monday to Friday **We will discuss salary expectations.** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.701,18 – R$3.127,09 per month Work Location: On-site
