Practical, organized profile with strong communication skills **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a **Construction Supervisor** to work on residential and commercial construction projects, under a temporary contract of 30 days with potential for permanent hiring upon completion. We seek a practical, organized professional with field construction monitoring experience, capable of ensuring all activities progress according to schedule and meet quality requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Daily monitoring of construction execution * On-site team deployment and guidance * Receiving and inspecting materials * Preparing daily construction reports * Monitoring and controlling the project schedule * Coordinating operational activities at the construction site **Requirements** * Prior construction experience (mandatory) * Organized and proactive profile * Strong communication skills and team management ability * Availability to work on weekends and/or night shifts **Preferred Qualifications** * Personal vehicle * Driver's license category A and/or B * Experience in preparing and reading construction drawings **We Offer** * Market-competitive remuneration (PJ) * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing based on performance targets Payment: Up to R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Commuter allowance Work Location: On-site
