ABOUT THE POSITION: Responsible for coordinating the industrial plant's controller activities, ensuring the accuracy of cost, inventory, and operational performance data. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute monthly plant closing (costs, inventory, production, and variances); * Analyze industrial costs and variances (actual vs. standard); * Monitor physical inventories and ensure inventory accuracy; * Validate production reporting and material consumption processes; * Develop and monitor plant budget and forecast; * Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Quality departments; * Support internal and external audits; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics; * Experience in industrial controller functions / cost accounting; * Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (e.g., SAP/Datasul); * Analytical mindset and strong communication skills with operational departments. Proactivity Ability to analyze scenarios for decision-making; High level of interpersonal skills and conflict management capability.
