Focus on technical solutions and execution quality A large-scale company seeks a professional who will be responsible for managing farm/hatchery/factory construction projects, including renovations and new constructions. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the development of planning and schedule control activities. Execute technical scopes. Responsible for preparing and managing contract amendments, as well as defining technical solutions compatible with project objectives. Monitor the execution progress across all construction phases through (planned vs. actual) verification and service quality assessment. Documentary and operational management. Full budget management for all requirements. Monitor physical and financial project schedules. Identify and analyze issues to develop action plans, ensuring adherence to deadlines, construction quality, and budgeted costs. Prepare/review civil construction and renovation projects. Participate in/review the budgeting process for contractor selection. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Specialization in Structural Calculations is desirable. Experience in poultry farm construction project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of compliance with safety standards and preventive practices.
