As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the Mega Sistemas vision and strategy, managing the task backlog, prioritizing requests, and ensuring the development team consistently delivers value to our customers. This opportunity is for on-site work at one of our branches in Curitiba (PR) or Itu (SP). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Act as the focal point between the development team, stakeholders, and customers, facilitating communication and aligning expectations; Define the product vision, roadmap, and features based on user needs and the company’s strategic objectives; Manage the task backlog, prioritize activities, and ensure adherence to established deadlines; Collaborate with the development team in creating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; Monitor development progress, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and impediments; Conduct usability testing and validate deliverables with customers; Generate product tracking reports and metrics. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role; Experience with ERPs focused on civil construction.
