The professional will be responsible for supporting the development and monitoring of initiatives aimed at improving working conditions, workstation analysis, and compliance with regulatory standards. We seek a candidate early in their career, eager to learn, proactive, and interested in developing expertise in engineering applied to safety and ergonomics. \- Support the development of ergonomics-related projects (NR17\) in the industrial plant; \- Conduct workstation analyses and propose ergonomic improvements; \- Monitor the implementation of adjustments and improvements in production areas; \- Support the preparation of technical reports and documentation related to conducted analyses; \- Collaborate with Engineering, Occupational Safety, and Production departments; \- Assist in identifying ergonomic risks and improvement opportunities in processes; \- Ensure organization and updating of project information and records. \- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields); Compensation: R$3\.300,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
