




Job Summary: An engineering professional responsible for managing changes, developing project schedules, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements—including the use of quality tools such as FMEA and IMDS. Ensure correct implementation and documentation of these changes. Project Development and Monitoring: Develop APQP schedules and ensure monitoring of all phases. Conduct feasibility analyses for new products and assess the impact of modifications to existing products on the production line. Manufacturing and Production Processes: Develop manufacturing processes using the Sender system and create cutting plans using Excel. Monitor production processes and propose improvements where necessary. Provide production support by resolving process-related queries and promoting optimizations. Quality Tools: Develop and update Process FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis). Analyze applicable standards for processes and products. Materials Testing and Evaluation: Specify technical requirements in detail according to drawings and applicable standards. Control deadlines for internal and external test results. Prepare quotations and monitor outcomes of external tests. IMDS (International Material Data System): Submit material data to the IMDS system for registration. Ensure system entries comply with customer requirements and are properly aligned. Customer Requirement Verification: Analyze and ensure compliance with customer requirements using supplier manuals. ERP System Activities: Item and Bill-of-Materials Registration: Register products, semi-finished components, raw materials, NCM codes, equipment, and tools. Register item groups and operations in the system. Input unit conversions and multiples per operation. Drawing and Production Plan Management: Register and control customer-provided drawings, including revisions and modifications. Release or block BOMs for production. Upload cutting plans, schematic drawings (sketches), and control plans (inspection plans). Associated Documentation: Configure standard packaging specifications for products and develop the "Product Book" (Packaging Sheet). Issue engineering communications (changes, deactivations, new item introductions, reactivations). Update supplementary documents, such as PFMEA and monthly performance indicators. Operational Support and Interdepartmental Coordination: Customer Support: Serve customers and conduct site visits when required, ensuring technical and commercial support. Departmental Support: Provide technical support to the manufacturing area and all other departments whenever needed. Manuals and Training: Develop and review work instructions for operators. Develop and deliver process training to production staff. Continuous Development and Improvement: Flow Analysis and Optimization: Conduct time studies and chronometric analysis across the entire process flow for every tryout—whether for new items or engineering changes. FMEA Meetings: Organize monthly FMEA meetings and hold additional sessions as needed to review failure modes, actions, and mitigation plans. Technical Drawings and Documentation: Technical Drawing Production: Prepare and review technical drawings in accordance with engineering requirements and standards. Document Review and Updates: Maintain up-to-date instructions, standards, and controls in alignment with process or product changes.
