So move with us!* **\#wemovetowin** **Job Description** Perform technical field services, including maintenance, assembly, disassembly, diagnosis, and commissioning of industrial hydraulic systems. The professional will be responsible for ensuring proper equipment operation, guaranteeing quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on industrial hydraulic systems; * Assemble and disassemble hydraulic components (pumps, HD motors, valves, and cylinders); * Diagnose failures and propose technical solutions in the field; * Conduct tests and adjustments on hydraulic equipment; * Start-up and commissioning of hydraulic systems; * Prepare technical service reports; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures; * Interact directly with customers, providing technical support; **Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical education in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering; * Minimum 5 years of experience with industrial hydraulic systems; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting hydraulic diagrams; * Experience maintaining pumps, hydraulic motors, and valves; * Availability for travel and external service assignments; * Valid driver's license; **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields); * Experience with commissioning of hydraulic systems; * Knowledge of automation and electro-hydraulic systems; * Experience with large-scale equipment (industrial/mining); * Familiarity with manufacturers such as Bosch Rexroth, Parker, Eaton, etc.; * English language proficiency; **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Strong communication and customer relationship skills * Organization and accountability * Ability to work autonomously in the field * Problem-solving orientation **Additional Information** Position: Mechanical Technical Assistant Department: Services / Field Equipment Maintenance Work Location: External Customers (with availability for travel) **Application Deadline: 03/04/2026** **Residing in Itatiba or nearby areas is a plus.** **TRAVEL AVAILABILITY REQUIRED** In addition to offering an outstanding professional experience and development opportunities, we also provide a comprehensive benefits package: * Quality **medical and dental assistance**, along with health initiatives designed to support your overall well-being; * Our facilities feature **company-owned restaurants** offering high-quality meals; * We offer **year-end bonuses** for you and your family; * Life insurance.
