




Job Summary: Assist in the development and monitoring of multidisciplinary projects, preparation of documentation, and technical engineering support. Key Highlights: 1. Development of multidisciplinary projects and feasibility studies. 2. Monitoring of licensing processes with public agencies. 3. Use of drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in developing multidisciplinary projects, descriptive memoranda, reports, manuals, feasibility studies, and other deliverables based on technical specifications, legal requirements, requesting department needs, and engineering team guidance; * Assist in preparing descriptive memoranda, area schedules, and documentation for approval by public agencies. * Assist in monitoring licensing and approval processes with entities such as municipal governments, GRAPROHAB, notary offices, and utility providers. * Conduct field surveys to support project conception and validation, and preparation of 'as-built' drawings. * Assist in critical analyses, specification, quantification, and feasibility studies. * Observe and comply with existing company policies and rules, as well as procedures defined by QMA, SST policies, and quality programs. * Accurately record hours spent per project/development in the time-tracking schedule/platform. * Ensure adherence to deadlines and delivery quality. * Assist the team in preparing 'as-built' drawings, technical reviews, and project manuals. * Update internal systems with project data and assist in controlling technical file versions. * Organize technical documents, descriptive memoranda, and spreadsheets. EDUCATION: Technical degree in Building Construction. Preferably pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year in project development and/or approvals departments, with experience using drafting software such as AutoCAD. KNOWLEDGE: Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; basic proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and MS Project; foundational knowledge of project management and general infrastructure.
