We eagerly await dedicated and passionate professionals! **Responsibilities and Duties** Verify daily invoices entered into FLUIG, performing basic adjustments when necessary. Link barcodes to invoice titles with bank slips, organizing them by due date order. Classify invoice titles (NF) into payment batches according to modality and bank. Manually enter payment titles for Itaú Bank (Fatbol, Sicbol, and Dahora), saving reports for verification and authorization. Verify banking data for payments via bank transfer. Monitor pending and unbatched titles in the Accounts Payable system. Serve internal and external clients regarding payment-related requests. Support control of interest, returns, and financial reconciliations. Organize documents and maintain the department’s 5S standards. Support supplier negotiations when necessary.
