If you want to be the protagonist of your career in a dynamic and appreciative environment, this is the place for you. \#VemPraESAB **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide technical support to customers and authorized network partners, conducting both on-site and remote assistance; * Analyze and resolve technical issues related to equipment and processes; * Conduct technical visits, training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations; * Manage warranties, returns, complaints, and authorized technical assistance; * Prepare technical reports, procedures, and support documentation; * Support commercial initiatives with technical recommendations and solution implementation; * Monitor failure indicators and propose continuous improvements; * Comply with safety, quality standards, and company policies. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in technical support, after-sales service, or customer service within an industrial environment; * Knowledge of industrial cutting and welding equipment is considered a plus; * Experience in technical problem analysis and resolution; * Familiarity with preparing technical reports; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate English proficiency is mandatory; * Spanish proficiency is considered a plus; * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally and conduct technical visits. **Additional information** PLR On-site cafeteria or meal allowance (depending on location) Health and dental insurance 24/7 telemedicine Wellhub (Gympass) Medication subsidy Transportation allowance Life insurance and funeral assistance Childcare assistance for mothers Private pension plan SESI benefits and discount club Exclusive ESAB product discounts At ESAB, we believe innovation emerges when extraordinary people unite with purpose.
