Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and performing preventive maintenance on facilities and electrical equipment, power systems, and air conditioning, ensuring proper system operation. Support to the Maintenance Leader with information and solutions **Your responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring the site's facilities and electrical equipment, power systems, and air\-conditioning; * Monitoring systems via remote monitoring equipment; * Ensuring proper operation of facilities in compliance with regulations, maintenance procedures, and prevention protocols; * Performing routine monitoring of facilities and equipment to identify intervention requirements; * Identifying and reporting potential failures in equipment and facilities; * Taking preventive actions and supporting corrective measures when necessary; * Providing support to the Maintenance Leader with information, observations, and possible solutions; * Completing system checklists and recording relevant operational information; * Supporting fulfillment of contractual obligations and service quality delivered to the client. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 2 years of experience as a BMS Operator; * Experience monitoring building facilities, electrical equipment, power systems, and/or air\-conditioning; * Knowledge of remote monitoring systems; * Experience completing checklists and operational records; * Knowledge of building maintenance, electrical maintenance, or HVAC will be considered advantageous.
