Job Summary: Responsible for ingredient preparation, cleaning and organization of the workplace, supporting chefs, and maintaining inventory, all in accordance with hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to chefs in dish assembly and culinary techniques. 2. Responsible for ingredient preparation and workspace organization. 3. Inventory maintenance and compliance with food hygiene regulations. Responsible for preparing ingredients—such as washing, peeling, and cutting food items; cleaning and organizing the workplace, utensils, and equipment; and directly assisting chefs with tasks including dish assembly and execution of basic culinary techniques. The assistant is also responsible for inventory management and strictly adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations.
