Job Summary: MTO is seeking a Grill Cook to prepare and release proteins while maintaining standards and ensuring kitchen utensil cleanliness at the O Matuto Expressa unit. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we manage 19 units across the state — including 4 Fogo \& Mar units in Campinas and 15 Expressa units distributed throughout the region and capital.
