Job Summary: An HR professional with experience in Training & Development (T&D) operations, climate surveys, performance evaluation, employee engagement, and organizational culture, seeking an on-site role. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Training & Development, climate surveys, and performance evaluation 2. Involvement in employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives 3. Proficiency in Recruitment and Selection is a plus - Bachelor's degree completed in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields; - Initial experience in HR operations, including training and development, climate surveys, performance evaluation, needs assessment, development programs (e.g., leadership, onboarding, learning paths), engagement and organizational culture initiatives, and other related HR functions. - Proficiency in Recruitment and Selection is a plus; - Must reside in Jundiaí, Campo Limpo Paulista, Várzea Paulista, or nearby cities.
