Job Summary: Participates in the planning and development of projects, products, and manufacturing processes, applying continuous improvement methodologies and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Collect and analyze data related to process performance, feedback from internal customers, and results from production tests and tryouts to guide development decisions; 6\. Develop, revise/update technical documentation—including Instruction Sheets (ISs), Technical Data Sheets, and process flowcharts; 7\. Proactively identify and resolve challenges or obstacles arising during product/process development; 8\. Collaborate with product engineering to translate product requirements into technically feasible process solutions, ensuring product manufacturability and proposing design improvements to facilitate production; 9\. Develop and deliver employee training programs to foster a continuous improvement mindset, whenever necessary; 10\. Coordinate process tryouts, along with their adjustments and corrections, to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity requirements of the relevant process; 11\. Evaluate and implement new production technologies, equipment, and tools to continuously improve processes and reduce costs (payback); 12\. Participate in meetings with suppliers and external partners to develop innovative and sustainable manufacturing solutions; 13\. Participate in and contribute to analyses of non-conformities detected on the shop floor or in performance indicators, including respective corrective action plans and effectiveness verification; 14\. Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and applicable norms throughout the entire process development lifecycle; 15\.
