This person will play an essential role in organizing processes, managing relationships with approved partners, and facilitating communication among the franchisor, partners, and internal departments—ensuring efficiency, value, and positive impact for the franchisee network. **Main Responsibilities** \- Management and relationship building with partners (Industries, Dental, Implants, Aligners, Technology, etc.) \- Support daily relationship management with approved partners \- Monitor requests, demands, adjustments, and agreed deliverables \- Organize schedules, meetings, and follow-ups \- Prospect and develop new partnerships \- Support identification of new strategic partners \- Conduct initial outreach, scope alignment, and information gathering \- Assist in organizing commercial proposals and comparative analyses \- Maintain updated contracts, approval terms, commercial rules, and support materials \- Support coordination with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations departments \- Promote partner-related promotions, offers, and relevant information weekly via CRM \- Support partner participation in meetings, webinars, onboarding sessions, regional and national events, and commercial initiatives \- Ensure fulfillment of mutual commitments agreed upon between the franchisor and the partner \- Support consolidation of partnership performance indicators (rebates, invoices, etc.) \- Contribute to continuous improvement analyses of the partner portfolio **Desired Qualifications** **Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or experience in dentistry** **Knowledge and Skills** \- Strong organizational and process control skills **\- Strong commercial relationship skills** **\- Negotiation skills** \- Proficiency in Excel \- Strong verbal and written communication skills \- Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Monday, RD Station, Google Drive, etc.) **Preferred Qualifications** \- Experience in the dental field is preferred \- Experience with franchises or franchisors \- Experience managing commercial partnerships.
