Inventory Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and controlling materials, products, and tools; managing inventory; conducting inventories; and maintaining warehouse organization, in compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Assistance in maintaining and organizing the workplace Receive and inspect incoming material, product, and tool delivery notes; record inflow/outflow movements; control inventory levels; conduct inventories; issue purchase requests and departmental reports. Prevent losses, damages, or misplacements by maintaining control, organization, and proper storage of materials, products, and tools in the warehouse and company warehouses. Assist in cleaning and maintaining workplace organization; perform other duties compatible with personal capabilities, including assignments in other departments, provided such assignments do not constitute role accumulation or functional deviation. Perform all tasks in accordance with technical procedures, as well as hygiene, environmental, and safety standards. \*Knowledge of tools used on construction sites is required Working hours: Monday to Friday \- 07:30\-11:48 and 13:30\-18:00 (availability for overtime is considered a plus) We offer: Fixed salary Meal allowance: R$1\.000,00 Health insurance Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
