If you identify with these values and want to be part of a team that transforms challenges into opportunities, join KW Brazil! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Challenges:** Assist in controller department routines, performing cost and expense control, analysis, and monitoring, ensuring reliability of financial information, supporting budget management, and aiding decision-making through preparation of managerial reports and financial performance monitoring. **Alongside a team delivering excellence, you will:** Continuously monitor operational expenses and costs, ensuring control and adherence to the budget; Analyze forecast vs. actuals, preparing strategic managerial reports to support leadership; Perform expense verification and validation, identifying possible inconsistencies or cost reduction opportunities; Support development and updating of financial indicators related to costs and overhead; Collaborate closely with finance, administration, and operations departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (from the 4th semester onward); Knowledge of financial routines and basic controller concepts; Intermediate Excel skills. **You stand out if you have:** Previous experience in controller or finance departments; Knowledge of financial management systems (ERP); Experience with corporate indicators and budgeting; Knowledge of the Protheus system; Ability to interpret and present data. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We offer a healthy work environment and benefits**\*** that promote well-being: .
