All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage the shift team at the processing plant with a focus on zero harm, ensuring operational discipline and ERO’s safety standards are non-negotiable during the shift. * Provide technical development for the team, ensuring adherence to operational routines and correct execution of work procedures. * Monitor process parameters across various stages (Crushing, Grinding, Gravity Separation, Intensive Leaching, Flotation, CIL, Elution, Electrowinning, and Detox) to ensure metal recovery and product quality at each stage. * Monitor mass balance, reagent dosages, and flows across different circuits, ensuring metallurgical stability and efficiency. * Validate data entries, sampling, and inventory integrity, prioritizing agile communication with maintenance and management teams. * Operate within equipment process and design parameters, immediately reporting any deviations that risk asset integrity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites and Qualifications:** **Education:** Technical degree in Mining, Metallurgy, or Chemistry. **Experience:** Solid background in processing operations, particularly gold processing. Proven experience in leading operational teams. **Safety Culture:** Practical experience with risk management tools and an unwavering commitment to occupational safety standards. **Profile:** Operational discipline, proactive problem-solving.
