We seek a **Governance, Quality and Projects Analyst** to act as the **guardian of the management system**, ensuring **standardization, methodological adherence, compliance** (internal and external), and **document traceability**. This role is essential to sustain project governance, strengthen controls, support audits, manage risks, and consistently monitor performance indicators. A concept of quality that transcends bureaucracy — it means clarity, methodology, and operational and decision-making security. **If you possess maturity, systemic thinking, strong communication skills, and organizational ability, we want to meet you.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as the guardian of the management system, ensuring standardization, methodological adherence, document traceability, and compliance with internal and external standards; * Structure, review, and maintain procedures, policies, work instructions, and governance workflows, ensuring clarity, version control, and continuous updates; * Ensure project governance by supporting the application of methodologies, management standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle; * Manage and control project and management system documentation, ensuring information organization, accessibility, and traceability; * Support and conduct internal and external audits, monitoring action plans, deadlines, and evidence; * Monitor quality, governance, and performance indicators, analyzing deviations and supporting decision-making; * Identify, record, and track risks, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement; * Promote process standardization across departments and projects, acting as an interface point between operations, management, and leadership; * Support continuous improvement initiatives, process reviews, and strengthening of quality and governance culture; * Guide departments on the correct application of established processes, standards, and methodologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Practical experience in **process structuring and standardization**, implementation and maintenance of **management systems**; * Consistent experience in **project governance**, including methodological control, workflow organization, and adherence monitoring; * Proficiency in **document control and management**, ensuring traceability, versioning, and compliance; * Experience with **internal and/or external audits**, risk management, handling of non-conformities, and action plans; * Ability to **analyze and monitor indicators**, with focus on quality, governance, and decision-support; * Office 365, especially Advanced Excel. **What We Expect From You:** * Ability to act as an interface point among teams; * Clear, objective, and assertive communication, with capability to interact effectively across all organizational levels; * Organization, discipline, and systemic thinking; * Analytical ability and critical thinking to support data-driven and technically grounded decisions; * Decision-making; * Negotiation and relationship management; * Technical leadership. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Residency in Nova Xavantina\-MT and/or surrounding region; * Specializations in Project Management, Quality, Processes, or Governance; * Prior experience in industrial environments, engineering projects, or field operations. **Additional Information** * On-site work schedule of 44 (forty-four) hours per week; * 100% on-site; * Employment type to be determined; * Remuneration to be determined; * Meal allowance; * National health plan with co-payment, extendable to family members (spouse and children); * Dental plan; * Wellhub \+ Conexa Saúde (formerly Gympass); * Group life insurance; * Transportation assistance.
