All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform loading activities for transportation of ore and waste rock in the underground mine; * Operate LHDs, ST2G loaders, shotcrete robots, and motor graders; platforms, concrete mixers, Bobcat mini-loaders, light vehicles, and column-mounted pneumatic hammers; * Complete daily equipment reports; * Operate column-mounted hammers in manual stoping, provided trained, qualified, authorized per operational procedures, and required by the established method; * Support other operational activities in the underground mine; * Comply with all procedures and requirements related to the activity being performed; * Perform other duties of similar nature upon request by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with ERO Brasil Xavantina’s policies, objectives, and goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites and Qualifications:** * Minimum education required: High school diploma preferred. * Prior experience in underground mining operations involving heavy equipment — such as LHDs, shotcrete robots, and motor graders — is a plus. * Desired: Driver’s license category B; * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Willingness to reside in Nova Xavantina. **Additional Information** **Benefits**: * Competitive salary * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental care * Life insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal allowance (at offices) * Food allowance * Transportation * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Corporate citizenship program) * Club membership benefits — may vary by location * Eyeglass purchase assistance for family members #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
