REQUIREMENTS: * Completed higher education: Agronomy, Administration, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Accounting. * Class B driver's license and experience driving on highways. * Experience with Office suite (Excel and Power BI) * Experience in farm costing and crop planning. * Good verbal and written communication skills * Experience in report presentation and department leadership.
