Branch Manager - Campinápolis/MT - Sicredi Araxingu - R2
Job Description:
Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the branch business area or equivalent market experience.
Knowledge of financial products and services, negotiation and sales techniques, people management, financial business acumen, relationship management, communication, and cooperativism.
Possession of CPA-20 and/or CEA certification.
Possession of Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) category B.
Willingness to travel or relocate as required.
Residency in or mobility to Campinápolis/MT.
* Lead the team, promote climate management, develop talent (internal and external), conduct follow-ups, periodic formal and informal evaluations, foster development of behavioral and technical competencies required for individual and team growth, identify and implement development initiatives to ensure business productivity and sustainability;
* Provide financial consulting to members and other stakeholders both at the branch premises and during external visits, offering products and services aligned with the potential of your operational area and in accordance with the qualifications and certifications required for each product family, while delivering necessary technical information to enhance service quality and finalize negotiations;
* Oversee the branch’s financial transactions in compliance with institutional norms and procedures, safeguarding sound economic and financial management of operations and services;
* Lead, develop, and execute the branch’s strategic plan, focusing on short-, medium-, and long-term objectives. Design and implement actions necessary to retain and expand membership, thereby strengthening members’ primary affiliation with Sicredi. Optimize cost-efficiency and profitability in line with planned targets;
* Foster relationships with the membership base and organize events, engaging members and the broader community to strengthen Sicredi’s and cooperativism’s image among members;
* Manage risks inherent to branch operations, maintaining a holistic view of risk levels to ensure security across all processes;
* Organize and oversee Relationship Programs at the branch, encouraging member participation to support community and business development. Identify and engage new partners and supporters, contribute to project development, and monitor all implemented initiatives;
* Manage and develop the membership portfolio, considering each member’s profile, potential, market trends, and growth trajectory, aiming to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet members’ needs.
