Communication to expedite loading/unloading processes **Job Description** **Duties and Responsibilities** ▪ Follow company policies, standards, procedures, and code of conduct. ▪ Contribute to a positive organizational climate by respecting company values and culture. ▪ Perform duties with emphasis on meeting departmental performance indicators. ▪ Contribute to improving departmental processes. ▪ Assist other positions as required in exceptional cases. ▪ Record entry and exit of employees, visitors, service providers, trucks, and suppliers, ensuring warehouse security and flow control. ▪ Verify prior authorization for vehicle and personnel entry, including trucks and suppliers, per internal procedures. ▪ Check documentation such as invoices, loading orders, and authorizations, ensuring compliance with internal standards and legal requirements. ▪ Inform drivers, service providers, and visitors about internal procedures and warehouse safety regulations, ensuring adherence to safety policies. ▪ Maintain constant coordination with the weighbridge team to manage vehicle movement, prevent congestion, and optimize cargo flow. ▪ Report suspicious behavior or deviations from standard practices to prevent theft, cargo diversion, and other warehouse security risks. ▪ Maintain frequent communication with dispatch and receiving teams to expedite processes and ensure efficiency in loading and unloading operations. **Requirements:** High school diploma completed 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience Driver's license category B **Working Hours** 12x36 shift schedule (Night shift premium\- 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM\) **Compensation and Benefits** Salary: R$2\.100,00 per month Meal allowance Transportation allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On the road
