Conduct pre-use inspections of machines, equipment, and tools to verify correct operation, documenting and reporting any irregularities identified to the immediate supervisor for appropriate action, thereby preventing accidents, losses, and work defects. Carry out activities in accordance with established Operational Standards (POs) and Technical Standards (PTs), proposing improvements and modifications aimed at continuously improving processes while complying with standards related to Quality, Safety, behavior, and environmental control, and using PPE, engineering controls (EPCs), and uniforms at the workplace. Operate machines and equipment according to established standards and the production schedule. Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance—preventive, predictive, corrective, emergency, or scheduled—on plant equipment in Lajinha, as trained and in accordance with applicable operational procedures. Interrupt the production process whenever necessary by triggering stop commands via the control panel, informing supervision of the reasons and implementing measures to restore normal production (e.g., equipment adjustment, maintenance, scrap removal), thereby ensuring product conformity. Conduct electrical and mechanical inspections. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation and ensure proper maintenance and preservation of equipment and tools under one’s responsibility. Participate in company-led management and quality programs (5S, GMC, TPM, Suggestion Program, and others), attend related training sessions, apply their principles, and contribute to improving the organizational climate as well as organizational processes, products, and services. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education.
