Job Summary: We are seeking a Backend Developer to contribute to the development and evolution of critical, large-scale systems by building and maintaining high-performance services on cloud infrastructure. Curiosity Challenge the status quo and offer fresh perspectives; Invest time in your own self-development; Reward a mindset of continuous learning; Embrace diversity and individuality. **What We Expect From You:** * Contribute to the development and evolution of critical, large-scale systems. * Develop and maintain high-performance services. * Work on cloud infrastructure (Azure), focusing on availability and monitoring. * Conduct mentoring, including code reviews and pair programming. * Apply best development practices (SOLID, DRY, Clean Code) and Design Patterns. * Demonstrate resilience during incidents, along with strong organization, prioritization, and clear communication with stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Solid backend experience (5+ years). * Development experience with Python and Kotlin. * Experience with PostgreSQL: query optimization and data integrity assurance. * Experience with scalable messaging systems, especially Kafka. * Experience with Clean/Hexagonal Architecture and resilience patterns (Circuit Breaker, Retry, etc.). **Nice-to-Haves:** * Knowledge of CQRS and Event Sourcing * All our positions are open to People with Disabilities.
