So, see below the opportunity we have here: **\#VEMSERMERCANTIL** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges will be:** * Conduct data analysis focused on CRM; * Evaluate opportunities to monetize the customer base, increase customer loyalty, and enhance LTV; * Generate insights and analyses regarding customer profiles, segmentation, and behavior, including market benchmarking; * Analyze customer base evolution and other key customer KPIs for internal reporting and market dissemination; * Operate customer-centric applications, identifying and requesting — as needed — database updates and improvements to corporate applications. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Proficiency in data extraction and manipulation tools (SQL); * Experience with cloud-based data manipulation tools (DBT and Snowflake); * Knowledge of Python; * Knowledge of Dashboard tools (Power BI); * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc). **You’ll stand out if you have:** * CRM domain knowledge. **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG (Hybrid work model); **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * Meal and food allowance (If preferred, you may receive both allowances on a single food card); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Daycare assistance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub; * Mercantil Academy for Development; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); All positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).
