**Description** **Job Purpose** Ensure the quality of stored and traded grains through accurate sample collection and analysis in accordance with regulatory standards. Support commercial and operational teams in making decisions regarding product destination and pricing, ensuring product integrity and storage process efficiency. **Activities and Responsibilities** * Collect grain samples according to internal standards and technical procedures established by regulatory agencies such as MAPA, ensuring representativeness and accuracy in analyses. * Evaluate grains according to quality standards set by regulatory bodies (e.g., MAPA) and trade regulations, considering factors such as moisture, impurities, damage, and specific weight. * Record all analysis information in the grain movement system and issue technical reports for audit and quality control purposes. * Conduct continuous monitoring at different stages of the storage process, ensuring grains are preserved under ideal conditions to prevent losses and contamination. * Guide the operational team on ideal storage conditions, including temperature, humidity, and ventilation control, promoting good practices that ensure grain preservation. * Interface with the commercial team to provide information on batches not meeting quality standards, facilitating decision-making regarding product sale and pricing. * Maintain constant communication with the operational team to define the best product destinations, considering quality, storage conditions, and logistics. * Ensure classification equipment is well maintained, performing periodic calibrations to guarantee analysis accuracy and prevent quality deviations. **Requirements:** * Completed High School * Certification in Agroindustry Technology, Agribusiness, Agricultural Technician, or related fields (desirable) * Grain Classifier certification issued by recognized entities such as the National Supply Company (CONAB) or the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA) * Availability: Regular business hours, punctually, with occasional flexibility and travel availability **Desirable proficiency/experience in or with:** * Physical and Chemical Analysis of Grains * Rules for Grain Analysis by MAPA and Good Storage Practices * Issuing Technical Reports and Quality Reports * Inventory Movement and Control Systems **Benefits** * Life insurance * Meal allowance Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$2,100.00 - R$2,315.00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance
