Support in People Analytics, Job Evaluation and Compensation, and Training & Development The construction company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant in Campina Grande. **Responsibilities:** Collaborate in internal initiatives related to organizational culture and workplace environment. Provide support in the Recruitment and Selection (R\&S) process. Contribute to the onboarding of new employees. Support the Performance Evaluation process. Assist in organizing and analyzing People Analytics data. Support activities related to Job Evaluation and Compensation. Contribute to Training and Development (T\&D) initiatives. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst, HR Intern, or HR Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
