Assist in inventory control and material replenishment We are hiring a Procurement Analyst to support material and service procurement processes. The professional will conduct supplier research and negotiation, issue and track purchase orders, manage inventory, and organize documentation. Responsibilities: \- Research and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery lead time; \- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules; \- Issue purchase orders and monitor status until final delivery; \- Assist in inventory control and material replenishment; \- Organize documents such as purchase orders, contracts, and invoices; \- Evaluate supplier performance. Requirements: \- Completed bachelor's degree, technical course in the field, or currently enrolled (Logistics, Administration, or related fields); \- Experience in industrial procurement; \- Strong communication and negotiation skills; \- Organizational skills, attention to detail, adherence to deadlines (mandatory), and proactivity; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel); \- Experience in import quotations and knowledge of invoice entry procedures; \- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
