




Job Summary: This professional will assist in daily operations, manage communication between departments and external parties, create and maintain databases, reports, and spreadsheets, and identify process improvements. Identification of improvements and innovation in operational processes Main Responsibilities: Daily operational support, coordination with colleagues, recording absences and medical certificates, opening job positions, document organization, scheduling dismissals, tracking vacations, and handling daily external services in coordination with the Operations Coordination team. Responsible for managing communication among different departments and external parties to ensure effective information flow. Creation and maintenance of databases, reports, and spreadsheets on organizational and financial metrics are part of the responsibilities. The assistant must also identify areas for improvement and contribute to innovation in operational processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Knowledge of operational and administrative routines; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel; Familiarity with operational management systems; ERP Sênior experience is a plus; Essential skills include organization, effective communication, and analytical ability; Experience in facilities services outsourcing is preferred; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.400,00 \- R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
